IKA Batch Mixers

General Description:

The IKA UTC/KD is a high-shear mixer suitable for mounting in pressure or vacuum vessels, from vacuum to 16 BAR and temperatures up to 160 Deg. C.

With a wide variety of rotor/stator combinations available, these units are used for the production of many different kinds of emulsions and suspensions.

Available with over 30 different process connections and pressure ranges from 0.2 BAR to 350 BAR, this unit is available with HART protocol, adjustable damping and wide rangeability.

IKA Rototron Mixers

General Description:

Rototron Jet-flow agitators have an efficiency between that of a normal propellor stirrer and a rotor/stator high-shear mixer. It is mainly used when the products have to be intensively circulated and is effective with viscosities up to approximately 15,000 mPas.
